I started today on NL200. I played some HU 50NL as well.

Session 25-5-2008.
I've played 1583 hands today, profit: $373,85. I had been up like 700$ though already after just 400 hands. After this little heater I got coolered a few times. That's why I didn't fancy poker anymore for today. I don't have a lot to complain though, 11,81 ptbb/100 hands and I ran slightly above All-In EV.
Some hands I played this session:
Hand 1:
Villain runs 18/15/4.2; 259 hands.
I consider he raises this flop with 22/TT/A2/AT/KQhh/KJhh/QJhh/Axhh. There are really a lot of draws in his range, especially because the Ah isn't on the deck. He plays sets and two pair hands the same though, I suppose. I decide to call his raise and stack off on any blank turn. I don't want him to check the turn behind, so I bet smallish (31$ in a 50$ pot) to make my bet look like a blockbet, to create some fake folding equity as well. I suppose he shoves his whole range here. I call, and I'm glad to see he doesn't suck out on the river this time. It's possible to get the money in at the flop as well, though my equity versus his range would have been less in comparion with his shoverange on a blank turn.

Hand 4:
I think Djunkell is a good player.
He runs 16/15/2.8. I don't see him donkbetting a lot, I decided to float with my gutshot. Turn/River is pretty default imo. I could shoved turn as well, but his range is very polarized. It's air/66/KQ. KK/QQ 3-bets preflop. That's why I just called the turn, hoping the river wouldn't pair the board, and let him shove is KQ/66/AIR.

My First Blogpost
I decided to start a blog about my poker journey. At the moment I'm still only interested in Texas Hold'em No Limit. I don't play MTT's and SnG's anymore, just cashgames. I moved my way up through the limits this year from 10NL in January up till 100NL right now. I have never played Fullring, it just doesn't attract me. In 6-max poker you have to post blinds more often. This obliges you to be more creative.
I've played a while at Full Tilt Poker and Partypoker, at the moment I'm only grinding at Pokerstars. It's a shame this site doesn't offer a rakeback deal, though it's possible to order VIP Reward Bonuses. I tend to consider these bonuses as a rakeback deal. Pokerstars offers great support as well in my humble opinion. Usually I play nine tables simultaneously. My nickname is FIrmFighter, don't ask me how I could have ever found my self able to devise such a donkish name. I can imagine, though, unknown villains can see this nick as fishy. This can be very nice obviously, after all it contributes to my table image.
In the end I started this blog to become a better poker player. I'll post some handhistory's with my thought processes. Maybe I'll try to discuss some strategy every once in a while as well.
I hope you'll enjoy to read my blog.
[Disclaimer: English isn't my primary language, I could make some (grammatical) mistakes now and then]
